Conveyancing

Buying
Selling

The legal aspect of buying and selling a house or flat is called conveyancing. Though you may well be buying and selling at the same time, they actually represent two separate transactions, each involving a different third party.

Our conveyancing arm is called Property Matters, a team of highly experienced people who can find a way round virtually any problem. In 2008 we handled over 2000 transactions in all parts of England and Wales. As well as the usual buying and selling, we can help you with:

remortgages
right-to-buy purchases
leasehold enfranchisement
equity release
investment property

Our unique internal process means there will always be someone in our home transfer team who can answer your questions. Our legal fees are very competitive - we can assure you that there will be no hidden extras - and we will only charge you for transactions that are completed.
